So my iPhone was damaged and I am unable to use it, and to repair it I have to erase it from Find My. But when I try to do that it just stays on erase pending and I don't know how to confirm it. Can someone please help me.

The phone has to be connected to WiFi before it will erase.

My device is online and automatically connected to wifi, its just that I can't use the touch screen
