How to contact Apple support with mail

Hey, does anyone know how u contact Apple support with Mail please give me the link to where u go to the Mail not the Apple page because you can’t contact Apple support with the norwegian Mail.

There isn't a way to establish initial contact with Support using email.

I am from norway so giving the link to the site of an another country does not work. In norway we can’t contact the support via the Apple support link the other countries have and i hate speaking om the phone could someone help
