Music issues

I had to get a new X because my last one broke. Ever since I have had the new one, my Apple Music has not worked properly. It will not play anything unless it is downloaded to my phone. The album art will pop up for a second, then disappear and say not playing. I have resyned my library and restarted my phone. Can anyone help me?

Fixed it. I signed in and of my Apple ID.
