Can anyone help me? Is there a way I can merge one apple ID account with another apple ID account? I would like to use my new one for everything without having to login to my old account for anything

You can't merge Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
