Copy paste from ppt to word

Hi,

I am not able to paste text from a textbox in a powerpoint presentation to a word file in macbook pro.

Does anyone have any idea why the system is not letting me do that. I am simply using "Command + C" to copy from ppt and "Command + V" to paste in microsoft word.

Regards,

Prashant

Reset your SMC and your NVRAM:

Sometimes changes(i.e. updates) are made to the system and then settings (i.e. for the keyboard) become manipulated, technically. So, reset both on your Mac.
