iPad not turning on

My iPad got completely discharged. I put it on for charging but it showed as charging with the battery sign and then moved on to display the white screen with the Apple logo but again went back to charging and displayed the battery sign. It’s not turning back on manually.

i connected to iTunes on my computer and did a force restart to the iPad. The software was updated and it said that the iPad will restart but it didn’t. Again the battery sign and the Apple logo screen are on display. It’s been 3 days this is happening non stop.
