Creating staff documentation for iPhone setup

Hi,

just want to ask has anyone found a way to take screen shots of the apple factory build process (the phone has no apps and is DEP with an MDM connected). I am trying to document the various screens that a end user will see when they turn on a iphone shipped to them. We are doing a specific corporate build and it seems that you can only take shots via an external camera. The issue is that the quality is poor.
