I want to create an apple application , in that we want to transfer money from apple pay to fidelity bank account using our app. My questions are as below:
Is it possible to achieve this feature in our app?
Is there any charge to transfer money from apple pay to fidelity bank account and vice-versa?
Is apple pay API provide to get transaction history to our app?

As per your advice i, went to Apple Pay Merchants and Developers and was redirected to https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=psp&PGF=PGF90001 (Attached screenshot)
It is the same screen from where i created ticket and i guess not a answer on my questions asked.
Can you please recheck my query and guide accordingly?
Also, do you provide live chat regarding apple pay? If yes, then please send a way/link using which i can have live chat with apple pay support.
