Transferring the Final Cut Pro X license to another Apple ID.

Hi guys,

I work for a small company that purchased FCPX last year. The app was downloaded onto an employee's MacBook that has since left the company. How would I go about getting that license back to the company?

Could I transfer the licence to another Apple ID? Meaning that I would change ownership of the app.

If this is not possible. What are my other options?
