Iphone Keyboard space key has "hapesire" instead of "space"

Does anyone know why my iPhone keyboard has "hapesire" instead of "space" key also it is QWERTZ instead of QWERTY. I have checked the Keyboard settings and it is set to English (UK). I have carried out a Keyboard reset also which fixed it and then shortly after fixing it it reverted back to the initial issue see picture

Go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and use the Edit button to get rid of the item called Albanian.

Also perhaps remove Albanian from settings > general > language.
