Adobe can't verify subscription status.

When I Open any Adobe app a pop up open and says

"...we Can't verify subscription status" when I slick retry.. And a popup error appears, so then only option its close the app.

I have been this issue for the last 10 days. I'm working in video post production so I'm very upset. Fortunately I have another MacBook Pro so we are working on that one. (same Adobe subscription btw)

What I did:

I spoke 2 hours with adobe, and they remotely drive my Macbook pro. They conclude its an apple issue so I should spoke with apple support, I went yesterday hold in the line 1hs or more but nobody answer me.

I upgrade from Mojave to catalina, assuming something will be rewrite and fix the issue. (nothing happen)

Te CC look like its working ok, I'm logged and I can install or uninstall any software.

For a shot time, in my administrator user its were I have this issue. But on the second user on the same Macbook pro (no user admin) was work well for a few days.

I was check if my subscription its update. (and Its ok and I still using my second MacBook Pro perfect.)

I was uninstall and reinstall all adobe cc package.

I was reinstall Catalina IOS 2 times

Also, I'm Keep trying to contact apple support.. nothing happen.

Any idea?

It is not an Apple problem. It is probably a problem with your current account on the Mac. Create a new administrator account and log in to it. If that works, you will have to research what is wrong with the original account.

If the program does not work in the new account, boot in to Safe Mode and check. How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

Have a nice day.

First off, any Time Machine Backup of this installation? If so, try restoring from it.

If Not... Reinstall the macOS Anew:

A. Create a Time Machine First:

Create a Time Machine Backup of your Mac, that way you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong with the install, and to migrate it all back. Use an External Hard Drive at least 1.5 times the size of the Internal Hard Drive.

B. Then... Reinstall the Mac OS that was Previously Installed...

I. Create a USB Bootable Installer:

  1. Go Here: How to Create a Bootable Installer for macOS - Apple Support
  2. Use: The in Terminal In Catalina to create this for macOS X 10.12 Sierra

II. Erase the Hard Drive:

  1. Boot: into Recovery Mode: Hold Down [Command + R] upon boot
  2. Select: Disk Utility
  3. Erase: the all partitions

III. Boot From USB Bootable Installer:

  1. Plug in: the High Sierra USB Bootable Installer
  2. Hold DownOption upon Boot
  3. Proceed: from there as necessary with the Install

C. Once the macOS is Installed - Reinstall the Apps...

I. Create a Second Time Machine First:

Create a Time Machine Backup of your Mac, that way you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong with the install, and to migrate it all back. Use a Second External Hard Drive at least 1.5 times the size of theInternalHard Drive.

II. Use Migration Assistant:

  1. Go Here: How to move your content to a new Mac - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: Use Migration Assistant
  3. Proceed from there as necessary

III. Reinstall Manually:

  1. Contact: the Developer for the license
  2. Update: the System Software (except for the macOS)
  3. Proceed from there as necessary

I am not an expert on such matters with Adobe, but you mentioned that you upgraded from Mojave to Catalina. As you likely know, Catalina is a 64 bit operation only. Although Adobe says that their apps are all 64 bit. I've read several places on this blog that many of Adobe's apps are not fully 64 bit. So, I ask, did this occur after your OS upgrade? If so, I think it is indeed an Adobe problem. You might search around and see if other people have found a work-around. Good luck.

Thank you very much!. and.. well I did a new user, as admin... I was also reinstall Adobe CCloud.. just in case. But.. same issue :(

It's sounds as something about user.. but no idea.

Finally I spoke with apple support and they offer me a PC solution.. format and reinstall IOS, It's sounds crazy thinking in all licenses that I bought from different software developers... any other idea?

Thank you in advance.
