iPhone 11 Pro screen glitch

Sometimes (couple times a day) when I unlock my phone, the screen temperature turns EXTREMELY warm (yellowish/green) for a couple seconds, then reverts back to normal. This happens in any lighting conditions and usually only lasts about 2-3 seconds. The entire screen just looks like somebody put a yellow translucent sheet over my phone.

I have auto brightness enabled, true tone off, night shift off. I don't know what is causing this. Is there a fix?
