today 06/24/20 at 5pm I received a spam message that generated spam events until 06/25 tomorrow but I cannot delete them even by entering my acc. iCloud.com on my laptop I can't see them. can you help me eliminate this spam from my calendar on my iPhone 11.

It's spam created by adding an account to your Calendar. Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts and delete any accounts that you have not added, created or subscribed to yourself.
