In the Notability app, go to the trash can icon (bottom left), you should see your deleted notes, then click on the one you wish to recover.

When I Deleted file from icloud storage that file are not going to trash (icon) in notability .notability trash is empty.
I also tried to recover file from I cloud.com in advance section after login credentials but there are no any Such file document available to Recover. Kindly help me out !
