How can I recover a document file which I had deleted from iCloud storage in document section after synchronisation with notability

by mistake I had deleted my synchronise notability note from iCloud storage “delete document and data”plz tell me to how to recover that ducument and data

In the Notability app, go to the trash can icon (bottom left), you should see your deleted notes, then click on the one you wish to recover.

When I Deleted file from icloud storage that file are not going to trash (icon) in notability .notability trash is empty.

I also tried to recover file from I cloud.com in advance section after login credentials but there are no any Such file document available to Recover. Kindly help me out !
