I had a phone call saying I had suspicious activity on my Apple account whenever I hit 1 to speak to a representative they answer and said they were for Apple support and as soon as I spoke they hung up. Should I be worried?

I had a phone call saying I had suspicious activity on my Apple account whenever I hit 1 to speak to a representative they answer and said they were for Apple support and as soon as I spoke they hung up. Should I be worried that I they got some sort of information just from me answering the call?

It was a scam call. Apple does not make any such calls. Apple will only ever call you if you’ve first called them and arranged for a call back.

Just ignore any other such calls - they are not legitimate. And no, if you never actually spoke to anyone and thus did not mention any personal information, there is nothing they could have gotten from that call.
