iCloud family sharing question

im sharing iCloud storage with two family members but its still only allowing them 5gb. I have the 2tb plan. how can I increase there data storage.

You don't set up the "amount of data for them." Your 2TB data plan is shared by all who are authorized to share. Since you have the 2TB plan all participants share that space. You cannot specify the amount that they use. The combined shared space cannot exceed the maximum.
