I can’t see the serial number in "settings-about"

I’m using the AirPod pro. The issues is I can’t see the serial number in settings-about

normally we can see the details of EarPods on the ABOUT positions.I need help to find out!

Note : this EarPods is refurbished!

and it comes with box , serial on the box is different and EarPods sand pic serial number are same !advice needed thank you !🙏
