Serial Number before receiving
Is there a way to find out the serial number of my ordered product (iPhone/iPad) before receiving it (while it’s shipping)?

We understand you would like to obtain the the serial numbers for some devices you purchased that you have no yet received. We'd like to help you out with this.
As you'll see in the following support article, there are several ways to retrieve a serial number for a device, but they would all require you to have the device first: Find the serial number or IMEI on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
