I often (sickingly so) get emails on my iCloud email account, the subject is ‘Bounce .... jiberish .... with ‘offerup’ in there. I’ve found that ‘offerup’ is something that I’ve never used. What’s going on?

In the particular message, you should see at the top - This message is from a mailing list. And it will give you the option to Unsubscribe.
You can also click on the From to highlight or bring up the email address of the sender which will bring up a contact card. On that contact card, you can choose the third option - Block this contact.

I delete them right away, never click on them.
Is there a way to mark them as spam so these particular emails do not make it into my inbox?
