Solve my case cuz I want to install it now
I download iOS 12.4.7 so I want to install it but they sent me An error occurred to installed..why can I do now..?i have iPhone 5s

VPN or proxy connections might prevent your device from contacting the update servers.
If you still can't install the latest version of iOS, try downloading the update again:
- Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.
