I downloaded the Viva video . There was a subscription option by mistake it made a subscription and my money got deducted the amount is Rs.2099. I tried contacting you several time but i did not get any response. Kindly revert back

Unknown Charge

• Queer Charge? --> If you see an 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement
• If you have an issue with an app on App Store or billing --> Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store
• You can also request a refund for a recent renewal of an in-app subscription.purchase 

Phishing

• Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams —> Use these tips to avoid scams and learn what to do if you think your Apple ID has been compromised.

What you have paid may not get paid back. However ensure that future auto renewal is disabled by canceling subscription. Even after cancellation you will be able to use it till the subscription period ends.
