How to back up data even if iphone stuck on the apple logo

My phone is stuck on the apple logo. I haven't backed up any of any of my pictures and apps. It says I need to update my ios but how can I back up my data if it's stuck in the apple logo? It suggests that I restore it :((( What can I do?
