when i am copy from pdf file opened with preview app any text and paste to text file or anywhere is always wrong format is no more working it always looks like the attachment

Definitely something font-related (missing font or wrong encoding).
Do you have any other PDF reader (like Acrobat) to try?
If you open it with Chrome, can you copy/paste the text?
You can try to export again as PDF and try to copy from the exported PDF.
Have you tried to paste in plain text?
So, if you paste in a Plain Text TextEdit document via ⌥⇧⌘V you still get the wrong text?
Do you mind sharing the affected PDF?
I see that you are using Chrome. Try to save the PDF from Safari instead.
