i oppened my cousin old iphone and its icloud locked and whe forgot the apple id what is the solution to be able to use the iphoe again??

Unfortunately, unless you know the Apple ID, there is absolutely nothing that can be done, you cannot use your mobile device. You may be able to find your Apple ID at Look up your old and forgotten Apple ID or see if any of the tips on this page help.
