Voice Memo connected to headset microphone (located in a different room) - Audio File also recorded by I-phone Microphone?

We understand that while recording audio, your iPhone was connected to a set of Bluetooth headphones in a different room, so you did not get the audio you had intended. Your question appears to be whether there is a possibility the built-in microphone picked up any audio. We'd be happy to provide you with some information.

Whenever a Bluetooth headset with a microphone is paired and actively connected, your iPhone will default to this headset as both the audio in and audio out for all activities involving your microphone and speaker. If you did not manually change the audio options away from the connected Bluetooth headset, the built-in microphones on the iPhone do not record audio as well.

To avoid this happening in the future, we recommend making sure that no Bluetooth devices are actively connected, and that you do a test recording to see how the audio picks up.
