If you have been invited to participate in the closed beta you have received instructions on how to install it, as well as a forum to ask for help with it. If you have not been invited you should not be trying to install it, as there are no authorized copies of iOS 14 available from Apple. Any that you may find on the Internet have been stolen from Apple and may have been hacked to include malware. Wait for the public beta rather than taking the risk of installing an incredibly buggy early beta that may wipe out critical data, even if it is not hacked.
