Disabled iPhone, Screen broken

So my iPhone 7 is disabled and I don't know where to start because the screen is broken, but not broken enough because apparently sometimes it awakes itself and types "4". I tried connecting to iTunes, and I'm supposed to see a "Summary" tab, or an iPhone-icon but I don't see it. Does anyone know where to start? Do I have to go to a physical store?
