Activation locked
My young cousin's iPad is "Activation Locked" and she can't remember her Apple ID nor the password, and can't remember her email too! She can only remember the phone number used. Can you help unlocking it?

Unless you AppleID account has not been fully/correctly configured, or has been seriously neglected, recovery of the AppleID and password should not be difficult.

Sorry, the Apple ID and Password of the original user are required to unlock the Activation Lock. If she can't remember this information but can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number, Apple may be able to help.
