How can I reset my apple account so it isn't disabled?
My apple id account has been "disabled in the app store and itunes."
Any advise on how to fix?

If your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you need to contact iTunes Support: If you see a message that says “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”

If it's locked or disabled for security reasons: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled
