“Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”+customer service unavailable

So I received the alert “your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” late last night, and immediately realized I hadn’t updated my Apple Pay with my new card now that the one linked to my account is expired.

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
