I have try reset it and it not work and have for 7 months.

Why this is Occurring:
Because these are synced with you iPhones. So, un-sync them, then resign them.
So, On your iPhone, Go Here:
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: Bluetooth
- Tap: the "i" icon next to your AirPods
- Tap: Forget This Device
- Tap: again to confirm.
