How to relocate HomePod
how do I move my HomePod from one Apple ID to another Apple ID (work to home). I tried factory reset which didn't work. Keeps saying it cannot connect to internet.

In the new location is your Wi-Fi set up with WPA/WPA2 and with any client isolation feature turned off? Check the prerequisites in the Get started section of Set up and use HomePod - Apple Support.
