How do I know if I have the offer I subscribed for 3 months for 9.99 who do I email ? It’s Apple Music my apologies if I’m not calling it the correct term.

You can always See or cancel your subscriptions right from your device. On an iPhone, you'd go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
