AirPods replacement

Hi! I replaced right airpod, but I can't connect it. I managed to connect the right and left not separately, but together they won't work. what should I do?

Hello,

Place both AirPods in their charging case and connect the charging case to its charger. Allow the AirPods to sit for a few hours.

Replacement airpod help i just ordered a replacement airpod, however i can not get both of the airpods (new and old one) to connect to my device at the same time.
