Hello,
I moved to a new computer and all of my songs transferred and I can listen to them on iTunes, but there is one playlist that I can't get to sync to my iPhone. All of the songs in the playlist are grey and has the dotted circle to the left of their names (screenshot below).
How can I fix this?

The songs are not in the same folder (directory) as when the playlist was made, and the links are broken.
Delete the playlist and create a new one on the new computer.

Try iTunes > Preferences > Devices > Reset Sync History and then try syncing once more.
If that hasn't helped try signing out of the iTunes Store on the device and then try again.

I made a new playlist, but still not luck.
I tried what you stated here and that did not work. I will read the the article that you linked and try again tomorrow.
