Constant Kernal Panicking After recent catalina update

Hello I have a 2017 Macbook Pro - 8gb Ram - 3.1 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

As of the recent update to Catalina 10.15.5 from 10.15.4 I have started getting non-stop kernel panics when using adobe premiere and chrome mainly.

I have done a SMC and PRAM reset, as well as ran apple diagnostics with no issues reported.

Here is the EtreCheck Report and Kernel Panic report attatched.

Hopefully someone can help me, Thank you! I greatly Appreciate it!

You have a lot of login items. Do you really need them all starting up at once? Go to System Preferences / Users & Groups / Login Items and delete them all. You can launch an app when you need it.

In addition, get rid of CleanMyMac. It is not needed and can cause problems.

You should also follow Etrecheck's advice and restore your security settings.

As well, try leaving your Mac plugged in to power longer to keep the battery cycles down.

Clean My Mac is utter garbage. If you don't want kernel panics, you need to get rid of it.

--------

If you are going to run Parallels, you need the current version, not this:

/Applications/Parallels Desktop.app

prl_hypervisor.kext (13.2.0 43213 - SDK 10.9)

prl_netbridge.kext (13.2.0 43213 - SDK 10.9)

prl_usb_connect.kext (13.2.0 43213 - SDK 10.9)

prl_vnic.kext (13.2.0 43213 - SDK 10.9)

the current version is version 15.

There are three quick take-aways from any panic report.

1) The panic-reason,

2) the extensions present at the "scene of the crime", and

3) the BSD process in which the problem occurred.

If the new panic report is merely a sleep-wake problem, the work-around suggested by Apple support is to turn off Power Nap in both Battery and Power adapter settings in Energy Saver.

If something else, post it and maybe readers can provide more insight.
