I can't delete old iPad backups from previously owned iPads

I recently upgraded to iPad Pro 12.9 2020 from the 2018 11' model, and can't delete the 60GB backup file off my Icloud storage, I have followed all the advice online from other forums, but nothing is working. Keep giving the error.... "Cant be completed at this time, try again later" ... Help!!

If you're following all the steps here - https://www.imore.com/how-delete-old-icloud-backups and still no luck - Official Apple Support.
