Issues with Safari 13.1.1 loading any page

Using Safari 13.1.1, Safari will load approx 2 pages after a restart and then will not load anything further, the original tabs can be refreshed but will not load a new URL. This continues until I restart. Other browsers work fine, history/cache etc has been cleared

Go on the Apple certificate page:

https://www.apple.com/certificateauthority/

Download the Apple Intermediate Certificates

Apple IST CA 2 - G1 Certificate (direct download)

Double click the downloaded certificate to install it in Keychain Access.

You should see it now, in login certificates.

System Preferences>Network, unlock the lock if need be, highlight the Interface you use to connect to Internet, click on the advanced button, click on the DNS tab, click on the little plus icon, then add these numbers...
