Hi there! Can somebody help. We download app, after 1 hour deleted it. but they got money for deleted app withiout any notification.

If the app was not free to begin with, you were charged when you downloaded it. Deleting it after an hour doesn't make a difference as you were charged already. You can try to get a refund via link below:
