Update payment information

Hi. My credit card that is tied to my iPhone x ran out of money. And the system told me that I need "Update payment information". I replenished the finances on the card, but the notification is not lost and asks to add a new card. How to fix this?

And tell me, which application last removed $ 27.97 from my card?

Unknown Charge

Queer Charge? --> If you see an 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement
If you have an issue with an app on App Store or billing --> Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store
You can also request a refund for a recent renewal of an in-app subscription.purchase
