iPad in disabled state, not able to restore from iTunes

I am not able to restore my iPad after it went into disabled mode due to passcode. I tried using restore option by connecting it with Laptop on iTunes but it is giving unknown error (3194) at the end of restore.

Can anyone help on the same??
