My iPhone was stolen and restored.. The stealer made a factory reset or format.
I have valuable photos and videos that I didn't backup on iTunes/icloud.
Is there any approach to restore my photos and videos ?

I am not sure how someone can get into your iPhone if you have not shared your Passcode, Apple ID and Password. Did you remove your device from your Apple ID Account? If you remove the device from your account after you erase it, Activation Lock will be turned off. This allows another person to turn on and use your device.
Nevertheless, If you have not backed up or do not have latest backup, nor imported nor you have synced nor uploaded your data to cloud drives prior to losing your device then I am sorry, all your data is lost.

I did not share my Passcode, Apple ID or Password.. I think The Find My iPhone was not turned on basically, I'm not sure but I did not find it in the list of Find My iPhones after it was lost.
It was stolen from home by a housemaid who was caught while working at other home as video camera picked her trying to steal other mobiles! The housemaid service office confronted her and restored my iPhone that she sold to a mobile trading.
I'm not sure how they were able to do factory reset while they don't have any access ! Perhaps there are software that do so.. Is there ?
