How do I access my icloud mail without an apple device?

To use iCloud mail in a mail app on an Android device See the following: Mail server settings for iCloud email clients - Apple Support

Note that you will need to turn on two factor authentication if it is not already turned on for your Apple ID and that you will need to use an app-specific password rather than your normal password. See: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
