I want repair the MacBook Pro urgent!!!!

Hello..I want repaired for my Mac pro but all apple service center didn’t answered phone even walk in to the shop , they didn’t accept service without reservation. Nobody answered no reply email how can I reserve!!! As of now really disappoint powermac in Philippines

site to see if you can make a Genius appointment.

What is the situation in the Philippines, are stores still closed?
