Smart Keyboard

When I plug the charger into the keyboard, it says “not charging”. Anyone else getting that? I am using an Apple original USB-C charger.

Hello,

Try updating to iPadOS 13.5.1 to see if it resolves your problem.

Settings > General > Software Update
