AirPods Pro Connection Problem

Hi, I’ve had my AirPods Pro for almost a year now and all of a sudden when I put both pods in my ears, only one connects and both are working fine when connected separately, how can I fix this to be able to listen to both pods at the same time?

Try resetting them - Reset your AirPods – Apple Support
