I have three charges from Apple that do not show up under my purchases or subscriptions. How do I get a refund?

If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support contains several reasons why some charges may not appear under your purchases/subscriptions.


You can:

"Contact Apple Support

If you followed the steps above and you didn't find out why you were charged, contact Apple Support."


If none of those situations apply, I suspect that your credit card has been compromised. In that case, you should be contacting your card provider to report fraudulent activity.
