I want to buy a new mac but I have to use it for work so I would need the replacement asap. How do I go about doing the trade in and buying a new one while doing this?

You send the Mac that you are trading in after you receive your new Mac. Your trade in amount is credited to the payment method you used to purchase the new Mac.
