Hi! I couldn't find + apple card option anywhere in Wallet. It only allows me to scan an existing card. I tried logged out of iCloud and re-log in but no effect. It is old but eligible model. Any way I can find out why?

That shouldn't be a problem, but I would make sure that your device is fully configured to support Apple Card.
If you still can't apply for Apple Card, I would Contact Support.
You must be a US resident over 18 with a social security number to apply for the Apple Card.
Thanks. I didn't buy the phone is US but am residing in US. Could this be the issue? My apple ID region is US though.

You might need to provide your social security number to prove your identity to apply for Apple Card. You'll be prompted to do so if necessary during the application process.
