The biggest ear tips that come with Airpods Pro seem to be loose in my ears

The biggest ear tips that come with Airpods Pro seem to be loose in my ears. I don't want to buy anything that's not made or approved by Apple, but the Airpods feel loose and I can feel them being to slip even with the biggest tips on. What would you recommend?
